Stamford Homes recognised in the 1990s that because of the company’s proximity to the many MOD bases in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire, a high level of enquiries and sales were coming from MOD personnel in the Region and with this in mind, Stamford Homes developed the Forces Incentive Package to assist personnel in moving more easily.
In recent years both Linden and Midas Homes have joined Galliford Try, now enabling us to provide more homes and more choice to forces personnel.
As the relationship grew and became established, the MOD themselves began to promote the benefits of private home ownership which, through buy-to-let mortgages, allows you to own and let out a property whilst you are still in the services.
The Galliford Try Homes relationship with the Forces has now reached the level of trust and confidence that has allowed us to open the first ever Forces property shop at JHQ Rheindahlen in 2006 and our second in December 2007 at Sennelager, Paderborn.
